Letting Go To Receive
The problem with this thinking is that there is no room for energetic alignment, or internal “work” that is necessary to attract it in.
It becomes an even deeper predicament, once you start to fully embody the energy and magic of being OPEN TO RECEIVE that is foundational in femininity.
This gives away our sense of power and creativity, that is our birth right, especially as women!
So on that note, I have been intentionally resting. This is different than just resting.
Intentional resting is a very internally active phase, but outwardly inactive phase.
I have found that it is absolutely necessary, especially when in a realignment energy.
In this journey, it is so easy to become distracted and reactive. Life seems to be a struggle, there is so much to distract and draw our attention/energy in the direction of the things that we do NOT want.
There is a constant need to realign, and let go of what is no longer serving us, in order to rise and expand.
In my journey, I have found that the quickest way to access this realignment is through intentional resting. I used to think that simply resting and taking a nap or taking a time out for a cup of tea was enough, but I now see that more intention is required.
Intentional resting is when we lie down to rest, and it appears to anyone looking at you, that you are taking a “time out”, but internally, you are fully engaged.
You are opening your body, spreading your feet, hands, and arms wide. You are letting go of any sense of rigidity or tenseness in your body. It is like becoming jello in your bed. Unclench your jaw and relax your eyes. (The day that I realized I was squinting, while having my eyes closed was a huge revelation).
Melt into your bed, completely and totally relaxed.
From here, repeat your realignment mantra. One of my favorites is “I am creating a life that feels free and easy”.
Repeat this to yourself over and over.
Notice any thoughts that come in, trying to get your attention and distract you.
Come back to your mantra.
Stay here for at least 15 minutes at a time.
Let it turn into a meditation.
I experimented with doing this daily for a couple of weeks, and I was blown away with the results.
I could FEEL a significant difference in my vibration, and my thought patterns started shifting into greater self empowerment.
My world started shifting faster and challenges that I had been struggling with for months seemed to start vanishing into thin air.
I was experiencing energetic healing at whole new level.
